Country: Italy

There is an hour in northern Italy, just after lunch, just before the espresso, when time stops counting. The grapes hang fully ripe. Nobody is in a hurry.

Our Pinot Grigio comes from that hour. Almond, ripe pear, an acidity that doesn't push. Mild enough not to interrupt a conversation. Complex enough to find something new in the second glass.

Grape variety: Pinot Grigio
